URS provides facility-based training
at its three facilities to assist participants in developing work
skills and habits. This program offers consumers both employment and
preparation for competitive employment. It also provides the floor
space and workers necessary to meet business/industrial production
demands. If a company so desires, URS will transport consumers and a
supervisor to their location and perform on-site (enclaves).
URS performs industrial assembly, packaging, heat
sealing, shrink-wrapping, inspection, collating, mailings, and
specialty jobs. Companies using this service benefit from competitive
bidding, trained supervisors, speed of production, quality control and
a source of temporary workers.
If you have a job that needs to be done, give us a call
to further discuss your needs.
